November 12, 2019

About the Webinar:
The compensation paid by healthcare organizations to their physicians and executives is a highly regulated and scrutinized area, and a source of increasing legal, as well as reputational, risk for healthcare organizations and their boards.  This presentation will address the oversight responsibility of healthcare trustees regarding physicians and executives, with a focus on the legal and practical considerations regarding physician and executive compensation and discuss what healthcare trustees should and should not do to satisfy their fiduciary obligations in this area.
