Essentials of Hospital Finance 2020
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Financial oversight of the hospital or health system often is viewed as the main function of the organization’s governing board. The fiduciary duty is one of the core responsibilities of trustees – and health care board members are in a unique position, as health care finances are vastly different than many industries. This webinar will offer new and continuing board members, alike, with an overview of hospital finance for the coming year.
